Pray for Life: A 40 Days for Life Catholic Social

Join fellow Catholics in their 20s, 30s & 40s for an hour of prayer, fellowship, and peaceful witness for life followed by an evening social on Hertel Avenue. All are welcome — single or married!

40 Days for Life is an international campaign that brings communities together for peaceful prayer outside abortion facilities for mothers, families, unborn children, and an end to abortion.

Bring your Rosary! We’ll pray together during our dedicated 40 Days for Life time slot.

Location: Public right-of-way sidewalk in front of Buffalo Women Services, 2500 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14214

The location is near the corner of Rodney & Main Street, diagonally across from the Tri-Main Building. Free street parking is typically available along Main Street.

Join us afterward! Following the vigil, we’ll head to a restaurant on Hertel Avenue for a social. The restaurant location will be announced after prayer.

PLEASE NOTE: Upon arrival, prayer volunteers will be asked to read and sign the 40 Days for Life “Statement of Peace,” agreeing to participate in a peaceful, prayerful, and lawful vigil. All participants must abide by the January 31, 2002 Court Injunction Order currently in force.
